• Maintain proper shelf conditions including pricing, cleaning, and facing of product.
• Adhere to shelf management and plan-o-gram layouts for new/discontinued products.
• Select, train, develop, and schedule grocery associates.
• File necessary paperwork for the grocery department.
• Keep the backroom clean and orderly and assist with palletizing operations.
• Direct subordinates in implementing plan of action and goals.
