Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career paths and development within departments and participate in promotion decisions.
• Support disciplinary actions and recommend disciplinary measures where appropriate.
• Meet or exceed sales, labor and margin goals for the department.
• Ensure staff are trained and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Provide consultation to customers on department products and services.
• Execute signage and ad set compliance, and maintain store appearance.
