Job description

Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer’s return visit. We accomplish this by treating our customers and employees fairly and ethically, promoting an inclusive work environment, being responsible community members, and providing the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing. Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct yourself professionally, displaying a positive attitude and speaking highly of the company to customers and colleagues.
2. Respond courteously and helpfully to customer questions and requests.
3. Follow all company policies and procedures.
4. Understand and adhere to shrink guidelines.
5. Unload trucks (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, etc.).
6. Sort merchandise from pallets into store areas.
7. Load merchandise onto carts for stocking shelves or displays.
8. Read codes on shelves and merchandise labels.
9. Attach price labels to items manually.
10. Stock merchandise on sales floor shelves and build sales displays.
11. Operate manual or powered pallet stackers (if over 18).
12. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
