Minimum requirements:

• Ability to handle stressful situations

Responsibilities include:

• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products within the department and store
• Maintain knowledge of products and make suggestions to customers
• Recommend frozen food items to ensure customer satisfaction
• Check product quality and review "sell by" dates
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise
• Report discrepancies in product ordering or shipping
• Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions and ads
• Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
• Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers, keeping logs
