Responsibilities

• Check product quality and freshness; monitor sell by dates
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise; provide fresh products
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager
• Display a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Stay current with ads and promotions
• Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers
• Report safety risks and incidents to store management
• Practice preventive maintenance and report repairs
• Notify management of accidents
