Job summary

Kroger in Nashville, TN is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment. You will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals while upholding core values of respect, honesty, integrity and safety.

You will answer customer questions, suggest products, monitor freshness, stock shelves, and follow food safety regulations to ensure customer satisfaction and store quality.

• Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and be able to respond to questions and make suggestions about products
