Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a Grocery Merchandiser for the Seattle area to manage store visits, reports, and merchandising tasks. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent movement between stores within North Seattle, Mill Creek, Lynwood Center, and Edmonds.

The position is part-time (25–27 hours/week) with pay of $24–$25 per hour, depending on experience. You’ll use mobile apps for reporting and communicate with store teams daily.

Overview of the Role

The Grocery Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds. Territory covers North Seattle, WA, Mill Creek, WA, Lynwood Center, WA and Edmonds, WA.

North Seattle, WA (within a 40-60 mile radius)

Contract & Hours

This position is part time, 25 - 27 hours a week.

Compensation

$24 - $25 hourly, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts. Ensure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low. This position requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication. This position requires you to switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day. You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time. This is a position where you work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.

What You Should Bring to the Table

• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required)
