C.A. Fortune is seeking a part-time Grocery Merchandiser for North Seattle, WA and surrounding areas including Mill Creek, Lynwood Center, and Edmonds. The role requires merchandising and reporting via mobile apps, with a schedule of 25–27 hours per week in North Seattle, WA.

Compensation is $24–$25 hourly based on experience, with benefits including PTO, 401k, and weekly pay. You will build relationships with store teams, ensure product distribution, and perform audits across multiple grocery

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Overview of the Role

• The Grocery Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds. Territory covers North Seattle, WA, Mill Creek, WA, Lynwood Center, WA and Edmonds, WA


• Location: North Seattle, WA (within a 40-60 mile radius)


• This position is part time, 25 - 27 / hours a week


• Compensation: $24 - $25 hourly, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.


• You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.


• Ensure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low.


• This position requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.


• This position requires you to switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day


• You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.


• This is a position where you work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.


• Paid drive time at .70 a mile

What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.


• Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering products, working product to shelves from new orders, etc.


• Conduct audits in area grocery stores


• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.


• Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves


• Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores


• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.


• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.


• Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team


• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
