Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a diligent merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume stores within multi-store routes. The role requires lifting 20–45 pounds per case, handling backroom inventory, and using hand trucks and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities include maintaining neat stock, communicating issues to managers, and delivering strong customer service on a scheduled, field-based route. Reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out, following designated route).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs).
• Operate with minimal supervision.
