Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a field merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products in large-volume stores such as grocery outlets. The role involves moving products from backrooms to shelves, setting up promotional materials, and maintaining orderly stock while building relationships with store personnel.

The position requires physical stamina for lifting 20–45 lb cases, reliable attendance, and a valid U.S. driver's license with personal vehicle access for travel among assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass the physical capabilities test where applicable.
• Have a car or personal transportation for multi-store access.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products backroom and on the shelf; transport products between backroom and shelf.
• Use equipment to move products (hand trucks, pallet jacks, U Boats).
• Display promotional materials and keep back stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to managers and Pepsi management; build store-level relationships.
• Deliver customer service with issue resolution and attentiveness to needs.
• Operate with minimal supervision and input orders via handheld devices.
