Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a store merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large volume grocery accounts. You will move products from backroom to floor, operate hand trucks, and maintain backroom organization while delivering excellent service at the store level.

The role requires reliability, the ability to lift 20–45 pounds, a valid US driver's license, and personal transportation across multiple store locations within shifts. A physical capabilities test may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional materials in accounts.
• Maintain neat back room stock.
• Communicate store issues to managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at store level.
• Deliver customer service and attend to customer needs.
• Adhere to operating procedures and scheduled shifts.
• Attend to regular, reliable attendance.
