Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products in large-volume stores including grocery. You will use hand trucks and pallet jacks, move products between backroom and sales floor, and ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are well-organized and properly merchandised.

The role involves lifting cases weighing 20–45 pounds, following routes, and maintaining regular attendance. A valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Pass physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Criminal history review in accordance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated route).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service with attentiveness to customer needs.
