Albertsons Companies is seeking a Grocery Department Manager for our Salem, OR store. You will oversee daily operations of the Grocery Department, drive sales, maintain in‑stock, pricing accuracy, and high merchandising standards to deliver a great shopping experience.

Lead a team of associates, hire, train, and coach, schedule and develop staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and company standards in a fast-paced environment where leadership directly impacts store success and customer

• Execute planograms, promotional sets, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and operational standards.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop grocery associates while fostering a positive team environment.
