The Grocery Manager oversees daily grocery operations and provides leadership and direction to achieve profitable grocery operations. The Grocery Manager is to continually grow the team's capacity for efficiency, effectiveness, and service to meet the company's succession needs. The individual is responsible for the development of all direct reports. The Grocery Manager is to be a role model of the company by driving results while maintaining company core values.
