Kj's Market in Greenwood, SC is hiring for a Grocery Department Supervisor. You will oversee staff, ensure courteous service, and drive department sales in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the grocery department staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, wage percent, and profits for the grocery department.
• Maintain inventory and supplies to maximize sales and minimize excess inventory.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets Floco Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department and backroom.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to staff.
• Stock and guest service as needed to meet standards.
• Manage staffing and scheduling for the department.
• Control shrink through stock loss programs.
• Ensure proper pricing and item scanning via audits.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness and order.
• Ensure advertised items are available, signed and scanning correctly.
• Assist with grocery inventory preparations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Receiver on product levels and conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the grocery department staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, wage percent, and profits for the grocery department.
• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies to maximize sales and minimize excessive inventory.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department including the backroom according to Floco Foods standards.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure grocery department hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards.
• Perform product stocking and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Maintain department's staffing and scheduling standards.
• Control grocery shrink through proper implementation of the stock loss program.
• Ensure proper pricing and item scanning through price audits and proper scanning procedures.
• Ensure backroom is properly maintained.
• Ensure advertised items are available, signed and are scanning correctly.
• Help prepare grocery department for grocery inventory.
• Works with Store Manager and Receiver to maintain product level and conditions associated with vendor product.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
