Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking an In Store Shopper to fulfill Drive Up & Go orders by selecting high-quality items, checking freshness, and ensuring accuracy for online customers.

You will bag items, manage substitutions, and coordinate handoff for pickup or delivery, while moving throughout the store in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Choose high-quality items across perishable and non-perishable departments.
• Accurate order fulfillment and quality checks.
• Manage multiple orders with speed and accuracy.
• Comfort using handheld devices and order systems.
• Identify substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Follow standard order fulfillment processes and policies.
• Coordinate needs with team members and departments.
• Adapt to changing order volumes and priorities.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active during shifts.
