Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Grocery Department Manager in Hawaii to lead the Grocery Department daily, drive sales, ensure in-stock conditions and maintain high merchandising standards. You will guide a team, oversee pricing, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

In this role you’ll train and coach associates, schedule staff, manage inventory, monitor shrink, and uphold food safety and company standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, promotions, seasonal changes and weekly ads.
• Manage ordering, inventory, rotation and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement loss-reduction procedures.
• Ensure food-safety, sanitation and operational standards compliance.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule and develop department associates.
