Responsibilities

• Assist Department Manager in organizing work, staffing, training and scheduling associates.
• Respond to customer and associate comments, complaints and questions professionally.
• Use CAO to order appropriate merchandise quantities and track receipts and quantities on hand.
• Price, display and rotate merchandise; maintain signage and space allocation.
• Advise on merchandising, customer service and promotional activities.
• Follow company programs and policies, including dress, grooming, sanitation, and a harassment-free environment.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results.
• Communicate with associates and customers to create a positive impression.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and sanitary standards.
• Promote company initiatives and process improvements to the team.
• Demonstrate ability to manage people and workload.
• Perform any duties as assigned.
