The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for an on-site role at grocery locations nationwide. You will use a smartphone to capture and store essential data for our clients, while delivering friendly, proactive customer service.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ and able to lift up to 10 lbs are required. Some roles offer additional hours and customizable benefits to fit your family’s needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results bias.
• Works independently and in teams with safety focus in retail.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
