Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for a role in grocery stores nationwide, leveraging smartphone technology to record and store essential data for clients. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with opportunities for additional hours and a benefits package tailored to families.

You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner, lifting up to 10 lbs and commuting to store locations.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
