Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through Retail Odyssey, seeks an entry-level associate to support grocery-store data capture using smartphone tech. No prior experience required; training provided and growth opportunities emphasized. Role involves customer interaction and physical duties in a retail setting.

Eligible candidates are 18+, able to lift up to 10 lbs, and have 1–2 years of merchandising experience or leadership/training exposure. Benefits available and scheduling may include additional hours.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work and lift up to 10 lbs.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience; leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also have team-building skills.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
