Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Strive for at least five items in the bag.
• Assist in removing customer's merchandise from bascart.
• Help customers load bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves.
• Gather bascarts and return them.
• Clean spills and collect trash inside store.
• Clean all areas inside and outside of store.
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise.
• Understand store layout and conduct price checks.
• Reinforce safety procedures.
• Adhere to food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Manage conflict in a nonconfrontational manner.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
