Responsibilities

• Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger bags groceries at checkout
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout
• Offer to help customers load bags into their car
• Perform basic shelf conditioning
• Inform customers of grocery specials
• Return merchandise to store shelves
• Gather bascarts and return them to designated areas
• Clean spills, trash in store and parking lot
• Clean all areas inside and outside of store
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise
• Understand store layout, locate products and price check
• Comply with safety procedures and report hazards
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
• Inspect equipment and notify for repairs
• Create welcoming environment and assist customers with questions
