Kroger Family of Companies in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to deliver outstanding customer service, bag groceries carefully, and keep aisles clean and organized. You will assist customers at checkout, follow safety procedures, and support the store team during busy periods, exemplifying respect and integrity in every interaction.

Daily duties include stocking shelves, informing customers about specials, returning merchandise to shelves, and helping with loading bags

Responsabilidades

• Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger is responsible for bagging groceries at check out for customers
• Assist in removing customer's merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout
• Offer to help customers with loading bags into their car
• Inform customers of grocery specials
• Return merchandise to store shelves
• Gather bascarts and return them to designated areas
• Clean spills, collect and pick up trash inside store and parking lot
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise
• Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers
• Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
• Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and notify of needed repairs
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and valued
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws and company guidelines
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environments
• Ability to manage conflict in a professional manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
