Festival Foods is seeking a Grocery Clerk II in Wisconsin to join our busy center-store team. You will manage stock levels, rotate products, and ensure guest satisfaction across the department.

As a full-time associate, you will handle pricing accuracy, stock organization, and effective communication with store leadership. The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment and a focus on safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication with diverse team members and guests.
• Strong understanding of safety policies and proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is within date, rotated and displayed per planogram.
• Provide exceptional guest service on the floor by greeting and assisting guests.
• Assist with unloading pallets and organizing the stock room.
• Maintain presentation of products on shelves and in cases.
• Monitor floor conditions and address opportunities promptly.
• Keep inventory levels and pricing accurate for received and sold products.
• Collaborate with Store Director and department managers to meet standards.
• Help guests locate items and offer recommendations when appropriate.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of the department and work areas.
• Meet quantity standards at 10am and 5pm.
• Work schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
