Your role as a Grocery Clerk involves stocking shelves to make grocery shopping easy and enjoyable for guests. You'll keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized, ensuring guests find what they need quickly. Your attention to detail and friendly service help create a welcoming atmosphere. Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities include:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service, greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns professionally and courteously.
• Stock & Display: Stock aisles, ensure products are fresh, properly rotated, and well-stocked.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products and suggest alternatives when needed.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaboration: Work with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns professionally.
• Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and communicate absences appropriately.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Helpful attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety policies, including proper lifting and equipment use.
• Ability to operate equipment (training provided).

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for long periods, work in coolers, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Visual and sensory abilities to monitor the store and operate equipment.

Work Schedule:

Part-time position with flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
