Your role as a Grocery Clerk involves stocking shelves to make grocery shopping easy and enjoyable for guests. You will keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized, ensuring guests find what they need quickly. Your attention to detail and friendly service help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued. What You’ll Do:

As a Grocery Stocker at Festival Foods, your responsibilities include:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service, including greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally and courteously.
• Stock & Display: Stock aisles, ensure products are fresh, properly rotated, and well-stocked.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products, suggest alternatives, and provide product suggestions.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaboration: Work with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and communicate absences appropriately.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Helpful attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety policies, including proper lifting and equipment safety.
• Ability to operate equipment like power jacks, forklifts, and others (training provided).

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for long periods, work in coolers, and move around the store.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Functional sensory abilities for monitoring the store and operating equipment.

Work Schedule:

This part-time position may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
