Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to assist in multiple store areas, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. You will stock shelves, help with deliveries, and maintain clean, organized displays to ensure fresh products for customers.

The role focuses on fast-paced customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety rules. Must be 16+ with flexible availability and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mutual respect for others and high ethics within Sprouts culture.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Able to lift and transfer boxes up to 60 lbs. across 5 feet for 25 hours weekly.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and weights measures rules.
• Able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across multiple departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Fill freezer bins and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Move products to sales floor using various equipment.
• Rotate products to ensure freshest items are available.
