Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Grocery Clerk to stock shelves across the Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments. You’ll assist with deliveries, rotate merchandise, and maintain clean, inviting displays while delivering friendly service.

Applicants should be at least 16, reliable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You may lift up to 60 lbs and participate in a strong benefits program, including DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Maintain a respectful attitude and ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must be able to lift/move boxes up to 60 lbs for distances up to 5 feet; up to 25 hours.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments.
• Receive deliveries, ensure accuracy, and move product to sales floor.
• Rotate merchandise to keep products fresh and appealing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation; assist customers as needed.
