Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Respect others and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Must lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs. for short distances.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Fill and organize product bins; maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Receive deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy, and move products to the sales floor with equipment.
