This position involves ensuring the smooth operation of our grocery department through tasks such as stocking shelves, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are outgoing, friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Clean and sanitize daily
• Operate POS system and handle cashier duties
• Unload and stock products
• Price and display products appropriately
• Sack groceries and assist with 'to your car' service
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist customers shopping in-store
• Potentially perform E-Commerce duties such as order picking and delivery to customer vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old
• Availability to work Saturdays and some evenings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Previous grocery or related experience is helpful but not required

Physical Demands

• Standing for up to 8+ hours
• Repetitive lifting, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting
• Frequently lift 0-20 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds
