Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring Grocery Clerks to support multiple store departments, from Dry Grocery to Dairy and Frozen, ensuring shelves are stocked and the store presents well.

You may assist with receiving deliveries, moving products, and rotating stock to keep fresh items available for customers. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, dependable, able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, and able to communicate effectively in a team-driven,

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect for others and adherence to Sprouts culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitious activities, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Ability to lift/move boxes up to 60 lbs. across short distances without assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and help maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with receiving, delivering, and moving products to the sales floor.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure fresh products are available for customers.
