Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to support multiple departments including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. You will stock, rotate, and merchandise products while assisting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.

This role involves receiving deliveries, moving items to the sales floor, and maintaining clean, organized displays to ensure freshness and quality. A positive, flexible team player is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Show mutual respect within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
• Be able to perform repetitious activities, and can multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., from 5” to 34”, for a distance up to 5 feet for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across multiple departments including Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen.
• Receive product deliveries and ensure accuracy.
• Move products to the sales floor using equipment as needed.
