Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to work across multiple store departments, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. You’ll stock shelves, assist with deliveries, and help maintain neat, inviting displays to ensure fresh products for customers.

Applicants should be at least 16 years old, dependable, and capable of a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate respectful conduct within Sprouts' culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs. for up to 25 hours with occasional assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to perform other related duties as assigned.
