Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Grocery Clerk in California. You’ll stock shelves across Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen departments, assist with deliveries, and ensure clean, well-presented aisles. You’ll rotate stock to keep products fresh and support a fast-paced, friendly store atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 with dependable schedules, strong communication, and a cooperative attitude. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and excellent customer care in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have and show respect for others and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Have good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must lift boxes up to 60 lbs. for up to 25 hours with or without mechanical aid.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights & Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Receive product deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Move products to the sales floor using appropriate equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshest products for customers.
