Job summary

El Super #20 in Las Vegas is seeking a Grocery Clerk. Under the Grocery Manager's supervision, you will assist customers, maintain displays, and stock self-serve areas. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift heavy items, and availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and heavy lifting as required.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags and pricing codes.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Proficiency with basic PC tools and Outlook is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Clean display cases and shelves.
• Fill and rotate self-serve displays.
• Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Perform heavy lifting, bending and stooping as needed.
