Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Houston, TX is seeking a Grocery Clerk for Store 037 Houston-Bellfort to deliver friendly, helpful service to customers and coworkers. You will assist customers, stock and rotate displays, and keep shelves clean while meeting safety and quality standards.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 60 pounds, work nights and weekends, and communicate in Spanish and English. Retail basics and basic computer skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with customers and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product pricing codes, shelf tags.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers under supervision.
• Assist customers, clean display cases and shelves.
• Clean, fill and rotate self-serve displays.
• Work nights and weekends; perform heavy lifting as needed.
