Job summary

El Super in Phoenix is seeking a Grocery Clerk to join the Store Operations Team (#19 Phoenix - W. Thomas). Starting rate $16.50 per hour, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Under direct supervision of the Grocery Manager, you will assist customers, stock shelves, clean display cases, and rotate self-serve displays. Applicants should be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with the community.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide friendly service.
• Clean display cases and shelves; stock and rotate items.
• Maintain self-serve displays and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
