Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver remarkable customer service with product knowledge and a friendly attitude in our Fresh departments. You will engage customers, share information, maintain attractive displays, stock merchandise, and use store technology to complete daily tasks while upholding food safety standards.

You’ll work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery, collaborating with teammates to keep operations running smoothly and customers coming back.

What You’ll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

You’ll:

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
