Essential Job Functions:
- Help customers discover and inquire about products.
- Inform customers of specials and recommend items to meet their needs.
- Check product quality, review "sell by" dates, and take appropriate action.
- Provide customers with ordered grocery products.
- Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
- Report discrepancies to the manager.
- Stay current with ads and promotions.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures.
- Maintain product knowledge and respond to customer questions and suggestions.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or accidents.
- Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs needed.
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
- Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
- Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $22.61 per hour.
