Overview of Responsibilities

Grocery Clerks at Sprouts Farmers Market work in various areas of the store, including the Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Departments. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, moving products to the sales floor with equipment, and rotating merchandise for freshness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Note: Team members under 18 are restricted from tasks involving knives (except safety cutters), ladders, garbage or cardboard compactors, motor/electronic equipment (including manual pallet jacks), and working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Dependable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful and uphold high ethical standards within a diverse, inclusive culture
• Positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills
• Good communication, ability to follow directions, and work well in a team
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
• Capable of lifting and transferring boxes up to 60 lbs., over distances up to 5 feet, for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
