Minimum Position Qualifications:

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Assist customers in discovering and selecting products.
  2. Inform customers about food specials and recommend grocery items.
  3. Check product quality and review "sell by" dates.
  4. Provide customers with ordered grocery products.
  5. Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
  6. Report discrepancies to the manager.
  7. Stay updated on ads and promotions.
  8. Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures.
  9. Maintain product knowledge and respond to customer inquiries.
  10. Create a welcoming environment for customers.
  11. Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
  12. Inspect equipment and report repairs.
  13. Notify management of accidents.
  14. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
  15. Manage conflicts professionally.
  16. Act with honesty and integrity.
  17. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
  18. Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  19. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
