Responsibilities include:

• Informing customers of specials and recommending products to meet their needs.
• Checking product quality, reviewing "sell by" dates, and taking appropriate actions.
• Providing customers with ordered products, labeling, stocking, and inventory management.
• Reporting discrepancies and staying current with ads and promotions.
• Adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining proper temperatures and logs.
• Gaining product knowledge to assist customers and answer questions.
• Creating a welcoming environment and promoting safety practices.
• Inspecting equipment, reporting repairs, and notifying management of accidents.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts, and acting with integrity.
• Supporting and assisting diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
