Minimum Position Qualifications:

Essential Job Functions:
- Help customers discover and inquire about products.
- Inform customers of specials and recommend items to meet their needs.
- Check product quality and review "sell by" dates.
- Provide customers with ordered grocery products.
- Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
- Report discrepancies to the department manager.
- Stay current with ads and promotions.
- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures.
- Gain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
- Perform preventive equipment inspections and notify management of repairs.
- Report accidents promptly.
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflict professionally.
- Act with honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
