The role also includes maintaining an attractive sales floor following Earth Fare's merchandising guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service in relevant departments.
2. Keep departments stocked, clean, and organized.
3. Implement merchandising standards as directed by the Grocery Manager.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• Knowledge of common allergies and dietary terms such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. (preferred).
• Experience in retail or customer service environments (preferred).

Environmental Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Fast-paced environment focused on customer service.
• May work in cold environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, kneel, squat, and maneuver heavy loads.
• Stand for extended periods during work shifts.
