Job summary

Food Lion Mooresville is seeking a part-time team member for the Center Store (Grocery). You will deliver fast, friendly customer service, maintain shelves, stock merchandise, and follow company guidelines to maximize sales and minimize shrink.

You will learn ACIS/CAO systems, uphold Food Safety, and support a safe, clean store environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the physical stamina to lift and stand during

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, fast, friendly and accurate customer service.
• Maintain shelves and shelf tag integrity; stock merchandise.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and dress code.
• Complete CBT, Training Packet and Training Aid courses.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
