Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a store associate to provide quality customer service in the Center Store (Grocery) Department at our Charlotte location. You will maintain shelves, tags, and ensure saleable merchandise is displayed while following company policies and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes friendly, fast service, teamwork with colleagues, and accurate stocking practices to support a positive shopping experience. Training will cover CBT modules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Center Store (Grocery) Department.
• Maintain shelves and shelf tag moldings; stock from tag to tag.
• Ensure saleable merchandise is on shelves and comply with policies.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents and adhere to local, state and federal regulations.
