Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Keep shelves clean and tied to tag moldings during stocking.
• Maintain shelf allocations and ensure only saleable merchandise is displayed.
• Follow policies and guidelines for ordering, receiving, preparation, and display of merchandise.
• Understand and use store tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Adhere to Food Lion policies, safety guidelines and dress code.
• Report accidents and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
