Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a store associate to provide quality customer service in the Grocery Center. You will maintain shelves, assist customers, and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed, all while following safety guidelines and company policies.

The role involves training via CBT and requires basic computer use, good communication, and the ability to lift and stand for long periods in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain shelf tags, and ensure saleable merchandise is displayed.
• Follow policies and guidelines for ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying goods.
• Use company tools like ACIS and CAO for inventory and ordering.
• Maintain safety practices and report accidents per procedures.
• Adhere to dress code and participate in CBT and training.
