• Places orders for perishable and non‑perishable items and maintains back stock.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage and participates in inventory and cycle counts.
• Completes spoilage and inventory management procedures.
• Ensures timely and accurate product orders to optimize inventory turns.
• Oversees customer special order procedure.
• Analyzes product transfers, waste and spoilage.
• Supports leadership in inventories and targets profitability.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety per company standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and checks pricing signs.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
